There are no known side effects, other than rare and temporary instances of discomfort. As with any music, be sure that the sound level isn’t set too high for your personal tolerance. When starting out, you should limit sessions to a single 33-minute playlist. And those with epilepsy, an irregular heartbeat, or a pacemaker should consult with their physician first.
